I’m Sharmila. I am a mother of five, a healer, and a woman who has rebuilt her life from the inside out.
My path into this work is personal. I was born in England to a Hindu mother and a Muslim father and raised across multiple cultures and continents. I’ve spent over two decades living in the United States, where I raised my children and walked through some of the deepest initiations life could offer.
I am now a single mother. I have lived through the pain of emotional, spiritual, and relational trauma. I know what it means to feel lost in your own body, silenced in your truth, and disconnected from your soul. But I also know the power of healing. I know the quiet strength it takes to choose yourself, day by day.
The work I offer today is the same work that saved me. It is rooted in lived experience, in years of training and research, and in a deep respect for the human capacity to rise. Through the body. Through the breath. Through the rewiring of the mind. Through the remembering of who we are beyond what we’ve survived.
I believe healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself.
Your body holds wisdom. Your soul remembers. Your pain can become your path.
This work is not just my profession. It is my devotion. I hold space for those who are ready to come home to themselves. Gently. Powerfully. Fully.
If you’re here, I want you to know you’re not too far behind, too complicated, or too broken. You are exactly where you need to be. And you don’t have to do it alone.
With love and quiet fire,
Sharmila Shukla Sharma
